Yoga

Yoga for health refers to the combination of body, mind, and soul. The focus is on each breath which leads students to have better concentration. It adjusts the balance of the body to mitigate stress levels. Examples of yoga classes offered are Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Wheel, and Yoga for Office Syndrome. The aim is to build strength and flexibility, helping one to have good health from inside to outside. It fits everyone from all levels.

Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga is another style of yoga that consists of 26 poses. Students will practice in a room heated to approximately 37 Celsius. With this, muscles are more flexible. Each pose of hot yoga helps tone up the body, reduce back and neck pain along with improving blood circulation. The higher temperature helps the body to detox. If you are looking for weight loss and a beautiful body, we recommend you try Hot Yoga.

Aerial Yoga (โยคะฟลาย)
 
Aerial Yoga is a workout that uses anti-gravity. It is a new type of exercise created by Christopher Harrison, an aerial choreographer, who invented it in New York. Yoga Fly is to combine yoga, Pilates and dancing as a workout. It requires every part of the body to exercise. It’s practiced safely using a hammock.
Yoga Fly has many benefits for mind and body, so students will feel great and get more active.

Pilates Mat
 
Pilates on the mat helps build strength in the spines and core muscles. It also improves posture and helps to prevent long-term back pain. This class is for all-levels of students.

Zumba is a semi-fitness/ dance class building strong muscles, with heart rates in the fat burning range, students will have fun moving to upbeat music. It’s perfect for those planning on weight loss.

Prenatal Yoga
 
This type of Yoga is specifically for pregnant mothers. With the instructor’s expertise and teaching experience, students can trust safety during practice. The benefits of Prenatal Yoga include good body health, pain and stress reduction. It also helps with body shape recovery after giving birth. It is safe to join class from the 12th  week of pregnancy.

The reformer was invented by Pilates founder Joseph Pilates. It is a bed-like frame with a flat platform on it, called the carriage, which rolls back and forth on wheels within the frame. The carriage is attached to one end of the reformer by a set of springs.

Pilates Reformer is a Pilates training with a reformer machine. The movement is the same as Pilates but requires the reformer to slide forwards and backward while varying the intensity of resistance.

Aerial yoga is a type of yoga which uses a hammock or yoga swing to allow students to perform postures that they may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat. It is often also referred to as AntiGravity® yoga. It combines traditional yoga with moves inspired by Pilates, dance and acrobatics.

Pilates is a form of exercise to develop core muscle strength which is considered a crucial part of a healthy body. Students’ work out and become more flexible, minimizing the chance of injury. Pilates is very popular around the world.
